I had no problem putting this cover on my headphones. I also have no issue with the fit after it's on or being able to store it in the hard case. I will buy another for my work headphones.

This is a good cover however I wouldn't give it 5 stars. It does the job but the design could be improved. I bought this so that every now and then I can wash it and put it back. I have not washed it yet, so I am not sure how it will come out after I wash it :).

This is a great way to keep your Bose headphones looking as good as new. They are super easy to put on. The only caviat is it takes a second to position the zipper so that the headphones fit folded into the case. Great value.

I wear my Bose headphones daily whether it's for work or for fun. Consequently, the band of the headphones started to peel and just look all around gnarly. I was at a loss. The headphones still functioned perfectly and had great sound but looked terrible. I decided to put gray duct tape around the top lol! The result was not giving what it needed to give! A friend just stared at my sad attempt and shook their head. I did not know there was such a thing as a headband cover for overused, crazy looking headphones! Luckily, I found this product and it completely rejuvenated the appearance of my headphones. The zipper did take a minute for me to get to work but the fit is perfect. No more embarrassing looking headphones!!

It easily zipped around the headband of my old AE2s and while it's not a perfect fit (it is a little loose at the ends of the headband) it looks good enough that I'm happy to use it to extend the life of my Bose headphones for another few years.
