Not sure how i feel - it works but is a weak brace. Perhaps I bought too large? But I feel it is how it is designed. The straps have *a lot* of give - and that prevents the brace from working as well as it could.

I have back issues and I have some posture correctors and they work well. I got this for the added lower support. It does both job well so I can use this when I feel the need to. It fits well and corrects posture while adding the lower back support. I like the adjustability.

I've been wearing it daily since day after I received it (Jan 6, 2018) and it made a world of difference in my back pain that radiated to to hands as well as entire spine! I am 6'4 (standing straight 😉) and have been a chef for 20 years so my posture has suffered badly. This brace forced me to stand straight rather than slouched over work tables and stoves, however, sadly, the metal blades on each side of the center first began to pop out thru the mesh and today (less than month old) tore thru the bottom stitching. I initially tried using duct tape to reinforce the mesh at top but that proved to be very messy with tape reside getting on clothes and tape pulling off. Will attempt return/replacement and before using, find a way to stitch heavy denim jean material over top blades and reinforce the bottom stitch somehow. THIS BRACE WORKED!! Just wore out extremely fast. Bad one? Will update rating depending on resolution.

This is the 3rd posture support I have tried and it is by far the best one. The straps are comfortable and very easy to adjust. I sit at a desk all day long and I have a tendency to slouch and round my back and shoulders, this is helping me sit up straight. I would suggest wearing a t-shirt under it. if you wear a shirt over it, you will still be able to see the outline of it.

This posture brace is awesome! It FORCES your back to stay straight whether you're sitting or standing, and at the same time, it is comfortable because of the padding. It's the first brace I've ever purchased and I'm extremely excited to get my posture back (no pun intended)! The material is a great quality and it feels comfortable on.
