Received this product and it is much smaller than described. I ordered the xl and it was so small it wouldn't even velcro around my dog's neck. When i wanted to return it cost almost as much to ship back than it cost to begin with so decided it wasn't worth the hassle. Maybe good for smaller dogs but for my boxer mix, it wasn't nearl6 big enough.
