My first choice was Felco, but this brand is much more affordable. These pruners are sturdy, they don't jam easily, and the grip is decently comfortable. I've been using these for pruning a Japanese Maple, an unruly Butterfly Bush, lavender and various trees and bushes in my yard. They do the job and seem to stand up to wear and tear so far. All in all, very good product, well worth the price.

Wow, these clippers are fantastic. So smooth, and easy to use. They fit in your hand really well, they have just the right amount of tension to spring open after you squeeze, and they have a great locking and unlocking mechanism. Also, very sharp and effective. I've truly never had a better pair. Highly recommend.

I'm a non-biased buyer. Needing a hand pruner but surprised how many brands of hand pruners exist, to decide which type of hand pruner to buy, I read much about every brand & model. The ratchet-type each have reports of problems. Of the non-ratchets, a few other models are probly as good & reliable as this model, but all those except one brand Casfuy are more expensive than this. I read comments from Gonnic & was impressed. So I bought this Gonnicc GPS-1004, & it's perfect: The handles do not open too wide to fit this in one hand, it really is one-hand all operational, solid built, simple, & it slices thru 1/2" diam dead hardwood like butter, Perfect!
