I have an eight station Swann system. The wired surveillance part works well. The wireless part still analyzing. But one thing is a disaster. Customer support is BY FAR the worst I have ever contacted. I have had numerous calls to them trouble shooting the wireless zigbee signal they use to talk to their components and their specialist have NO answers. I have a transcript of an online experience that the Swann expert actually asked me "what is zigbee" After I explained it was THEIR way of talking to the components they said we have no idea. They won't help you with other compatable devices even tho they edvertise on their website "by other major manufacturers". Only about half of the things advertised to customize your system do anything. Most have the tab, but behind the tab nothing exists. Makes it look pretty, but way off the mark as far as being a complete system. And customer support will BE ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! Buy at your own risk!
