Absolutely delicious, especially if you like a sweet cornbread. So good, I bought the jalapeno cheddar variety to try!

This makes most excellent cornbread. Sadly, I write in the midst of Covid-19 Pandemic, so the disadvantage is, its price is very high right now. As a workaround, my wonderful wife bought the pedestrian Jiffy Cornbread Mix and doctored the recipe a bit. It was perfectly acceptable, just a little coarser than, and not quite as moist as, this. But let's face it"” if one mixes by folding the wet and dry ingredients very gently into each other, and only until the corn meal is wet, and then lets the batter rest for 10-15 minutes, you're more than halfway there with most mixes.
Betty Crocker makes a great mix, too, but it's been hard to find.
