The mounting was easy to adjust to fit the toilet. Installation was easy. The threaded mounting rods are much longer than needed for our particular toilet, but I didn't find it necessary to cut them off since they are underneath the toilet and not that visible.
Looks much better than the picture.

This toilet seat was more beautiful than the photo, but the adjustable hinge a real bitch to install. Very difficult to install as the screws and nuts cant be seen and have to be by feel. If you have a regular toilet that you can underside otherwise I had to hire someone to installl it. There is a video and it truly is beautiful and dresses up any bathroom especially if you order the shower curtain
