Great purchase for our new puppies. They are very big boys. I purchased to teach them their boundaries and keep them safe from harm. They were quick learners and I Have never used the "shock" option at all! They come to the "beep" tone. So pleased that they are USA made also. I have already recommended to family members who are wanting to add fur babies to the family but are worried about training a new pup! Great find!

This product is as expected and is easy to charge and use. There are a lot of levels of strength for each of the three functions and there's not much of a difference from one level to the next, but you can easily get to the strength level you want. I only use the vibration function and it works well. I don't plan to use the shock function. My German shepherd responds well to the vibration.

As a dog owner who lives in a vineyard this product is very helpful for quick, long distance recall and behavioral corrections (eating the neighbors fence) when needed. My partner and I tested the shock on ourselves to make sure it wasn't too painful and we feel confident that this is a humane training method that really works. The only down side is that the rubber prong tips have stained my white dog's fur black around the neck, but he won't be entering any beauty pageants in the near future so it's not that big of a deal.

Have had 2 of these units, had issues with in 3 mo. Worked great when it worked. Dog is under 40 LBS. Collar used in 6 to 8 hour interval. No water, medium exercise. Unit was kept organized, clean, and maintained. *Update*- company stands behind product. Worth a try as-long as customer support continues to back the product. Changed from 1 to 4 STARZ

Love that this comes with the appropriate size charging brick! Some of the other brands don't. I haven't had to use the shock setting as much as I thought. Once or twice and now the vibration and beep are all he needs to be corrected.
