I've had two of the 3rd Gen August Smartlocks since 2019. On one I had to 3d print a lick adapter for the Defiant deadbolt, but other than that they were very easy to install and have worked great. The hubs, not so great. They constantly lose the wifi connection. at the lock at my apartment I've had to install smart plug to power cycle the hub because it does not always reconnect. Still, a worthwhile device. Used with the Ring cams, I can pop a door for the amazon and Fedex delivery folks instead of having them leave packages outside.
