Not enough heat

Ordered this to continue heat therapy on a muscle issue in shoulder and neck. It is comfortable and well made but the heat, even in the highest setting, was mild. Simply not enough heat to truly help muscle spasms release. I returned it.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this product! It doesn't get hot enough to do any soothing of sore muscles. I was really hoping this product would help with my neck pain unfortunately it was a huge waste of money. I'm hoping I can still return it...

I am a long-time user of heating pads to soothe various pains in my neck and back. It seems like all my stress goes straight to my upper back muscles. In the past, I have tried to use standard heating pads on my neck by either laying on them or trapping them between my head and a high-back chair. No more! Now that I found this heating pad that specifically targets my neck and upper back, I can work normally at my desk and benefit from heat therapy. I feel like this heating pad is a game-changer for those who suffer from chronic pain.
This pad perfectly fits and contours to your neck and shoulders. I'm 5'10" and have average female shoulders. A strong magnetic clasp connects the two sides in the front so it stays up on its own. Then you can further customize the fit by molding the sides of the neck piece to fit around your neck. The heating coils reach around your neck and shoulder muscles and feel wonderful.
Standard features like multiple heat settings, auto-off after 2-hours, and a removable/washable cover are also included. I appreciate how soft this cover is- even after washing. I also like how long-lasting the heat is. It does not fade at all for the first hour. I do like my heating pads to be hot so I use it at the maximum temperature and I think it is ideal. I really have nothing negative to say about this Sunbeam Renue heating pad. If anything, I wish it maintained that high temperature for even longer.
