Great Commercial Look... Very Nice Faucet

We purchased this faucet to go with the Gridman stainless steel sink. The 12" spout is too long for our sink but the company sent a 7" one for free and that worked fine. When first put it together everything joint leaked. Take your time and tighten everything tight before you turn on the water. all joints from factory were loose and leaked. The unit is very heavy commercial feel. The only thing that does not have heavy commercial feel is the spout. Very pleased with purchase and responsiveness of supplier. The directions are very poor... but if you are a plumber or handy with plumbing work you should not have a problem.

Before our kitchen is using non-stainless steel faucet, not bad but the problem is very easy to get dirty, difficult to clean especially after using 1 year. My friend told me that they are using stainless steel faucet, never this problem. So I tried to buy stainless steel faucet to replace the old metal one, finally MSTJRY this unit was chosen. It was delivered quickly and easy to install. Its appearance looks perfect, easy to clean, 360 degress swivel as the replaced one. Love the faucet. So far in our commercial kitchen it has been durable (been using it for about 2 months, daily, all day baking).
No leaks. Easy to install.
Just need to know basic plumbing to get it installed and working.
Some of the lower ratings mention leaks, so I will have to see over time how it holds up.
The extension pole for the wall is way too long. Not sure why it needs to be that length. We ended up not using it.

I have had a love hate relationship with this faucet. I am backing to loving it. I love the faucet! I love the company. Do not be afraid to buy this faucet. Mine sprung a leak and they offered to replace it. I am so unbelievably happy with the customer service. The plumber is here right now installing my new MSTJRY faucet. He said that it was leaking because a washer went bad. (could have been from the original plumbers) That being said. I replaced this faucet with a new MSTJRY and my employees are pleased because they LOVED this faucet. I have a small 3 tub commercial sink. This faucet was a 12" add on. It was a little large for my sink so I ordered an 8" add on when I ordered the new one and it looks as though it will be perfect. Thank you so much MSTJRY for your follow up and your great customer service.
