I purchased these because I read that tumeric can help rupture ovarian cyst. I experienced excruciating pain due to the cyst and the doctors only wanted to prescribe birth control. After months of taking Aleve and Tylenol I wanted something more natural. I've been taking these for a month, drinking more water, and doing more core work and it has reduced pain by 90%. The capsules are big and hard to swallow but they do work for alleviating my abdominal pain and I will be purchasing the again.
