A Very Happy Customer

Why did I wait so long? I had been using the Nutrimill Classic impact mill for about 10 years. Somewhere along the line I started coveting a stone grinder but I didn't want to trade my first born for it. Am I glad I waited until the Mockmill was available. I love this machine. I can get pastry flour fineness out of it in one pass, which I couldn't from the Nutrimill. Don't get me wrong, the Nutrimill is a good choice, but it's bulky and not a "countertop" appliance. I would bring it down from it's high perch every so often and mill a lot of flour to store it in the freezer. With the Mockmill, it sits on my counter and I grind fresh for every bake. I don't find the Mockmill to be overly loud compared to the Nutrimill. Maybe because the other mill was on for a longer period of time since I milled quite a bit to store away. I find I can bear the noise of the Mockmill quite fine for the one to two minutes it is on. Full disclosure, I did not buy from Amazon but purchased directly from Mockmill. I must say they have the best customer service. I originally purchased the Model 100 (from Amazon), and decided (after the 100 had already shipped, of course) I wanted the Model 200 for its faster speed. I must say I made the right choice. Mockmill allowed me to return the brand new, unopened 100 for exchange, so it went back the same day I received it. Thanks to Jenni T. for the great customer service.

Bought one in November and it's already broken. One of the hooks that holds the spout in place broke off. There is no way to repair it. Flour shoots out all over my cabinet unless I hold it in place.
Right Choice!!

After years of delay ...mostly because I was unsure and wanted to get 'the right one' ...After much research, I finally settled on the Mockmill and purchased it five months ago. It was quite simple to assemble by myself and a cinch to operate. A few days ago the edge of the nozzle broke and although I took my chances to call Mockmill on a Sunday ...I was delighted to promptly received a call back. With a little simple explanation of the issue, I was assured this little part could and would be replaced at no cost. Four days later, I have the piece! ... and my Mockmill is humming with the new spout intact. Very impressed with their customer service! They are personable, warm and pleasant people with first rate customer service. Couldn't be happier ...and the delicious breads and waffles (and more!) that I can make with my wonderful Mockmill unit is only exceeded by the good nutrition which I know it is providing. Nothing like the sweet scent of wheat berries being ground and milling it as beautiful and fine as I like. Life is good! and I highly recommend the Mockmill 200 and their wonderful customer support! Will be enjoying this for years to come.
Fine grind, great customer service

I could not be happier with our Mockmill purchase. I had a few issues when I tried to use it and the customer service was responsive and helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. They care about their product and their customers! I love how fine I am able to grind the wheat. The machine is much quieter than other mills I have used and the price is better as well.
