I wasn't sure I was going to use and like this knife as much as I do. Fit and finish is excellent. I have large hands but there's enough room on the handle to feel comfortable. The Damascus design is very beautiful and adds to the enjoyment of the knife. The knife has been polished in the right places so you don't feel bumps or edges. I use this knife as an all around utility knife. It cuts bagels just as easily as it does cutting tomatoes. This is also my wife's favorite knife ( who has only cooked 3 times in 47 years of marriage). She mostly uses it to cut fruit and doesn't feel intimidated by it like with my chef knives.

Light, sharp and comfortable. What more could you ask for? I was pleased with the knife when it arrived and was satisfied with its keen edge right out of the box. The knife was expertly packaged and the leather sheath is made of a high quality leather. But due to the possibility of moisture I will not use the sheath for anything other than perhaps transport. I prefer to keep my good knifes on a magnetic bar to avoid having them jostled in a drawer. I can also visually inspect the knives even if I am not going to use them. I have only used the knife a few times but was extremely satisfied with its comfortable handle. The only challenge will be to keep the 15 degree edge but I do not foresee the blade needing to be sharpened anytime soon. Overall a knife I would highly recommend to anyone.

I am a fan of the Zelite Infinity knives and own almost all of them. My favourite out of all the ranges is the Executive-Plus series - apart from the ultra-deep blades, this hump-back handle design is flawless with comfort and grip unbeatable.
I was unsure what all the buzz was about this STORM-X finish, but heck, when you see this in real life it's rather impressive - take a look at picture showing daylight reflecting on it - to say my chef mates are jealous is a slight understatement. I love the black/grey handle in this special edition also - makes it stand out and completely unique.
Sharp as hell, robust thick real leather sheath and a beautiful presentation box that makes if perfect for gifting. This deserves more than 5-stars - my new ZELITE favourite knife!

The Zelite Infinity 8 Inch Executive-Plus Chef Knife is the best quality I've ever seen. You can tell it's made of the Japanese AUS10 Super Steel. Love the Storm-X Finish, which distinguishes it from other knives in my set. Love the new leather sheath, which allows me to store it more safely than others that I own.
