So I took a gamble and ordered this beautiful faucet which had 0 reviews from an unknown brand

So I took a gamble and ordered this beautiful faucet which had 0 reviews from an unknown brand, but I'm glad I did; I love this faucet!
I have gotten compliments on it from every person that has walked through the front door, and it is practically outshining my super large Kohler farmhouse sink....
When I took it out of the packaging (which by the way, was very well done) I was a bit worried as it didn't match the gold from my other hardware choices, it is a deeper golden color, and looked a bit over the top with the design (even though I knew that's what it would look like from the pictures). However once it was installed and I took a step back, it looks very nice and not any more over the top than any other super shiny golden faucet (in my humble opinion) haha.
Installation wise, it was a breeze. It comes with no instructions but... use common sense? (or watch youtube videos of any typical faucet installation). It surprisingly came with two braided stainless supply lines (one red, one blue), an extra filter, and a mini roll of white teflon tape; all of which were nice additions. I felt the faucet had a protective grease film when I first handled it, so I stripped that off with Goof-off with no trouble. It is also quite solid and hefty. Whether that equates to quality in the long run we shall see; I've only had it a couple of weeks.
Usability wise, it does not seem to have a gpm limiter in it, which I prefer since I can fill pots that much faster :D. Removing the head from it's docking station takes some getting used to as the spring is quite solid and strong. However, it is quite simple to put back in as it feels like there is a magnet attracting the head back into the dock. The handle seems to be true ceramic and is very pretty up close.
A negative is that I wish the spray feature spreads out more than it does; it comes out in a pretty straight jet stream (as you can see in one of my pictures.
Overall though, very very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful faucet with a few quirks
J✓ Verified Purchase•December 18, 2023
Beautiful polished brass faucet with a high arch. I'm going to list the cons below, but I would definitely buy this again, even if I knew these cons before hand.
Here are the cons:
The magnet that attaches the hose to the holder isn't as strong as I'd like. If you move the faucet using anything other than the spot where the magnet is, the hose will fall off into the sink. This can get water everywhere if the faucet was on and can kink the hose close to the base of the sink.
The button to turn on the sprayer is VERY loosely screwed in. You have to screw it back in at least once a week. It doesn't feel very natural using the button either. It is shaped like a button that is meant to be pushed, but it actually slides. This means your finger pushes against the narrow edge of the button, rather than down on the flat top of the button.
The thin arch on the inside of the faucet is very wobbly. There doesn't seem to be anyway to tighten this part either. I am a little nervous it might just break off at some point.
Like any polished metal, it should be dried to prevent water spots. That doesn't bother me because I just wipe it down with a damp then a dry microfiber cloth. If you're the kind of person that will be bothered by that, keep that in mind before you buy.
Keep in mind the depth of your sink. My sink is pretty shallow (1940s porcelain sink) so I can't have the sprayer on full blast when the hose is in its default position. If I do, water splatters everywhere. I knew that going in buying a tall faucet, so it doesn't bother me. I just turn the water on half way.
The reviews complained that the handle was all white instead of with the blue and gold embelishments shown in the photos. So, I kind of sold myself on the all-white handle. Then, of course, I end up getting the faucet as pictured with the blue and gold. So you have no idea which handle you'll get! Haha!

Nice style but gold is very bright
Kelsey✓ Verified Purchase•December 13, 2023
Giving 5 stars because it's a really pretty style and appears to be nice quality. I wish the gold was a different shade, it is so bright and shiny. It does not match any other gold I have in the kitchen so I will be returning. It's more of a 90's gold than any modern gold you'd find now.
They Put All The Money Into The Faucet
Chris✓ Verified Purchase•December 1, 2023
OK...installed this faucet a couple of weeks ago. Reading the reviews you have to be a bit impressed or skeptical, at how positive they are. As I said in the title, they put their money into the faucet itself. Meaning the connection hoses were just long enough for me and the threaded barrel and nut were very thin and small. That said, they work and the faucet is stable. It's a great looking faucet, it works well and for a detachable head, I prefer it over many other brands. If you live in California, you can't have it shipped here. Why? my guess is the water flow rate. We have had to learn to use about 25% of the available thrust and I mean thrust. I don't mind and prefer having the ability to blast food off my plate and some enamel. We had ours sent to a friend in AZ where of all places they don't care about water usage. Seriously, from the counter up this faucet is rock solid and really is a great deal for the price. I do a lot of DIY work around the area so I know faucets and I'd say that you'll be pleasantly surprised.
No problems like the other reviews

I love this faucet. It's unique and beautiful. I ordered the chrome and didn't have any of the issues the other reviewers had. I could see that you may have problems with splattered water if you have a shallow sink. Our sink is 9 inches deep so it is not an issue. If you are a bull in a china shop, it probably wouldn't be the best for you because the sprayer head can be knocked out of the holder if you bang it. Ours sits nicely and there is no problem with it falling out like some say. The button that turns the sprayer on slides down and over to the side just a hair so the reviewers that say it won't stay in its spray position may not know how the button moves. Ours works fine. As far as the handle, ours did come with a design and it's so pretty and gives it character that sets it apart from other faucets. Ours has been in about 3 months and we are very happy with it. It's like jewelry for the kitchen.
