I installed these cameras on our home for security reasons. When we first started running them the cameras were recording and had playback. We had an issue once we downloaded the app, however that had nothing to do with what the actual issue was. I sent emails which were responded to promptly and finally I called the number as I don't think my communication with the emails was explaining the situation well enough. I had an associate answer on the first ring and the issue was corrected in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend these cameras as they have great quality day or night and as always the support was great!

I've been very satisfied with all aspects of the security system. I have a tendency to not complete projects(you know what I mean). With this system the installation was a snap. The cameras were up and running in just over an hour. The video quality was good and the interface was straight forward. I think the best part is my wife is no longer badgering me to get a security system that actually works!!

One of our cameras was not working, and we tried to find a way to contact the seller in hope of getting one replacement camera, but we couldn't, so unfortunately we had to take them all down and return them all, which was not an easy ordeal, so I doubt we will buy another set, but for the price, and user-friendly aspects, compared to other security cameras we have had, they are great, and our son has 6 of these cameras on his house, and he loves them!

The main reason I bought this was because it does not require a monthly subscription to use. After installing everything, I was pleasantly surprised by the picture quality and how quick I was able to connect it to wifi. It's nice to be able to log in from anywhere and view the camera feed. I ended up buying another unit for another property I own because I was so happy with this one. I would definitely recommend it.

Cameras are easy to install as well.
Software on the DVR is good. Easy to navigate and update information.
Did have an issue with the hard drive. Tech Support quickly sent me a new drive and now the system works perfectly. They also keep in touch to make sure things are working.
Software for Android works well. Easy to view my cameras from anywhere and zoom and record or review very easily. Without the need for CLOUD monthly storage.
For the price this product is AMAZING!!!
