Read reviews of the stickers sticking. I warmed them up with a hairdryer as I pulled, and they came right off. 2/3 came off in 1 piece. Silicone handles feel a bit loose, will have to wait and see how long they hold up.

Read a lot of reviews about these staining on the first use. Mine looked brand new after the first use. Now I hand washed them before using and don't know if that helped or not. I do know that pots and pans etc etc are coated in a protective coating before shipping that needs to be washed off before use. I'm not sure if these did or not. The food slide right off of them. Only thing to keep in mind is that you can not use the red silicone on the side as handles when hot, you still need to use oven mits as these still get to hot to touch. The last thing is they could be a little thicker, but they should work just fine for home use. Overall I'm really happy with them

It was packaged very nicely but when I picked up the cookie sheet I was surprised to discover how thin the metal was. I have used the larger cookie sheet and it baked just fine but became stained after only the first use. I guess I will just have to wait to see how long they last.

I was very pleased when the pans came in. I love using them, but misjudged how big the biggest one was and realized I wanted a bigger one.
I noticed there was a coupon in the box! 50% off -perfect.
Did all the directions to follow them on FB and send a message. Then I was informed that the deal expired in December of 2018; "as stated on the coupon". Yep, in TEENY TINY print.
Here's the thing, I ordered them after Christmas in 2019. So I'm not so sure I am the one who's at fault.
