Nice water/weatherproof shoe, very good traction on dirt/uneven/poor surfaces but very slick on wet smooth surfaces. You cannot wear these without tightening/lacing them down. Shoe needs to be tightened well to fit properly...if not snugged down, your foot tends to slide too far into the toe box and feels cramped....like they are a size too small. Not a lot of cushion...especially if you are used to a running shoe, HOKAs, or other super padded sole shoes...but they have a stiff sole for climbing rough surfaces.

Like, ever. I used the same pair for almost 6 years before they were finally beat enough to call it due to the soles being ground down from all the cement tee pads. The uppers looked the same as they did after the first year I had them.
