The problem with this product is that the inflation hole closure system is totally mickey mouse. It's impossible to inflate the ball to firmness, pull the inflation straw, and plug the hole without air escaping.

Exercise ball texture is soft and great for use in my exercise classes. Easy to hold while doing hand flexibilty and other exercises in group exercise. Definitely recommend this ball. Ordered the blue color and pretty turquoise shade. Comes with small air tool. Can air up to full size or lower air as preferred. Will buy from this seller again.

In the directions, a pump is shown to inflate the ball. I did not receive a pump but a straw, which the directions say "can provide some amusement while inflating." I am not amused, after trying several times, the ball is overly soft. I will send the ball back, as I would prefer a firmer ball.
