The system is easy to install & operate. I wished I would have bought two more camera's and had six all together. I would buy it again. "This is an update to the July 13th post". I did buy two more camera's and liked them so well I went to buy two more on top of that & max out the my system with eight camera's. The camera's were on back order with no date as to when I could buy the last two I needed to complete my system. My wife contacted Cromorc company and they went out the way to make possible to get the cameras I needed. I am really pleased with the security system and the Great service the company provides 8/10/2020.

I am very satisfied with the purchase based on several days use. The system is very easy to setup, the video quality is super both day and night. I particularly like the feature that live video can also be viewed remotely on a computer.

My only issue came from setting up a password for the system. My initial password was 13 characters long, although the system let me change it on the NVR, when I put the same password on APP for a phone or CMS for a computer, it kept saying wrong password. With help from Cindy at customer service (very responsive, Thanks), I realized that password has to be 6 to 10 characters. It was my fault not reading the manual carefully. After this error is corrected, the system works perfectly now.

I have had this system for over a year now and I am impressed with its performance vs. the price. I have expanded the system from the original 4 cameras to 6 cameras. As you can see in my sample photo the clarity especially in HD is excellent.
The good: easy to install and ultra reliable.
Rivals more expensive systems.
Many functions and features.
Clarity of images great.
Range of cameras is impressive.
Customer service is excellent and ultra responsive.
Does not effect your internet bandwidth.
Peace of mind.

Areas of improvement:
The app needs to be revised. It constantly shuts down or won't start unless you try to use it 10 times.
UPDATE: Cromorc contacted me immediately regarding the app issue and determined that I downloaded the wrong app. After downloading and installing the correct app the issues completely vanished. Very good customer service! The listen and pay attention to their clients needs!
The cameras are not weatherproof. They MUST be under an awning or covered with a shield over them. They WILL fill up with water and become unusable.
The motion detection is super sensitive even in the lowest setting. It cannot be used outdoors due to this. Every little wiggling leaf will set it off.
Spiders love the night vision lights so they make webs in front of the lenses nightly.

In conclusion the system is excellent and I have recommended it to many folks in my town. I comment Cromorc for producing this system at such an inexpensive price for what it can do. Please do not hesitate to purchase it.

It's a lot of $$...and my electrician said a NO GO, as it needs hard wiring..(not battery operated). He said too, my router was too far away to pick up any signal to view.... I did contact the company who was a bit difficult to work with and long story short, I'm stuck with this in the big box, sitting on my floor and out the money. I rely on a professional to install as I cannot do it as a female. The company did not offer me to return it. Just kept sending me pages and pages of manual information. ://
*******March 2019.......I had to buy a wifi extender fyi.......so all 4 cameras would continue to come in clear and not go in and out. I hired a top commercial electrical company to install this system. THIS COMPANY DID OFFER ME TO RETURN IT/I chose not to do so. My new electricians were impressed so I shall see how it works out night and day now. Love having a separate monitor to view all 4 cameras. Did not want some tiny phone screen. Going to add more inside now. Not a cheap project by any means for me but I knew it already. I've raised it to the 4 stars and will evaluate in a few days.

UPDATE:: April 9, 2019 - Well they do not work for me wireless as my building/home is too large of a distance. The electrical company is dragging their feet and has not returned to HARD WIRE NOW (or do anything at all)... The electrical company changed me a fortune yet will not come back. I'll have to pay more money. They told me to buy an 'extender' which I did ($115). NO CHANGE as cameras go in/out or off. This Company has been very kind and helpful to me as well as AMAZON, and refunded my purchase price after 6 months. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I was not able myself to climb up to remove them so this kindness means a lot to me. If your property or home is not large this is a good system I really feel. All my cameras were mounted outside.

This product was everything I was hoping for and more. The quality and performance is great. I had one hitch to setting this item up so I could remotely view the camera output. I live very remotely and only have a HOTSPOT created by my phone. This Cromorc System item requires that it have an Ethernet cable plugged into it for the internet connection which phones don't have that output. I solved it with a $25 device from PRESCITECH that is working great. The model number E300. I can't say enough about the support I got from CINDY in solving the connection problem and other questions.
