Blood sugar crashes after drinking

Something in this product caused me to have blood sugar crashes about an hour after drinking it. Happened to me three different time so I know it was this product. I do have problems with artificial sweeteners and thought I'd be safe because there are none of those listed. Maybe it was the coconut sugar?? I can't use this product, but I'm sure it would be fine for others without this problem. Taste was mediocre.

I want to like this because of the ingredient list and taste. However, the consistency of this powder is finer than flour. It's so fine that it gets everywhere when you scoop it. And, it doesn't mix well. I tried mixing with a blender bottle and had clumps every time.

nope nope nope. opened container to find it LESS than 1/2 full. then found that it takes 2 scoops (regular sized protein powder scooper, so you need over 7 Tbs to get to the 26g of protein! Only 12 servings in this huge container, that they waste. i'll stick with others...

Nutritionally, I really love how simple and healthy this product is, especially compared to other flavored protein powders, this one is probably the healthiest out there because it is literally only like three ingredients. The flavor is really mild and not too sweet, and it tastes best when blended into smoothies or with a small amount of milk or water. I really do love this product, however, my body does not love the product and I find it very difficult to digest- after drinking this, I felt like I had a rock in my small intestine. If it weren't for how my body reacts to this protein powder, I would buy it again, but sadly I can't even use this. I would not recommend buying this product if you are sensitive to dairy or lactose.

Mixes well & good flavor for blended smoothies. I appreciate the pure simple whole ingredients, but do wish there was more transparency with their purity testing. It'd be 5 stars if they held Organic, NON-GMO, and GMP/NSF or similar certifications. Without them I'm torn between sticking with certified & ND recommended brands or taking a chance on this preferred simplistic recipe!
