After bending and leaning under the hood of the car all weekend working on it my lower back all the way down to my ankles hurt. I used very little of this and rub it in and instantly I was able to walk, it doesn't take away 100% of the soreness, but what it does do is allow you to get up and move around without thinking about how sore you are. If you repeat it again at 4 to 6 hours I would say that it does speed up the healing process. If you ever watched Tim Conway play the little old man on Carol Burnett show and saw how he moved, that is how I was moving before using this.:)

A friend told me about this and I was skeptical at first, but once I ordered it and started using it realize that it does work and it's interesting how you put it on let it dry for about 30 seconds to a minute and then reapply right over it that's the difference maker and it's really a great product. It's not sticky when it dries And there's no smell, which is nice
