I travel a lot for work and sometimes get stuck on a flight that happens to cut through meal time. I don't always intend to skip a meal but this bar is a great thing to eat when you can't grab a bite. Ingredient list is clean, it's gluten free and FODMAP friendly so it works for those following a few more restrictive diets. My nutritionist recommended these and I'm enjoying them and there are enough flavors you won't get bored.
