In the past I always ordered the Bounty select a size huge rolls. The last time I tried to do that I got a message that said they were no longer available and were being replaced with the Quick Size. I decided to give them a try and I have been very disappointed. The towels are thin and not very absorbent. As a number of people have commented, they say select a size on the roll but they tear unevenly. Sometimes you get two towels instead of one and sometimes they tear unevenly. I am going back to ordering the ones I was originally using. There is less waste and they do a better job.

I'm unashamedly a loyal bounty customer! I am a paper towel junkie because I refuse to wash my hands and dry them on a community towel that has had other hands dirty and clean as well as Lord only knows what else wiped, spilled, or cleaned up with it. So of course I have tried every brand out there both generic and name brand and I can promise you these are the best there is and when you actually compare the price to what you spend on the generic brands, you will see that the initial cost of the generics is lower but you need twice as many towels to equal what you use of the high quality bounty towels, it's actually less expensive to just get the bounty to begin with and save yourself the extra trip to get more of generic you ran out of halfway through the month!

I go between ordering cases of Bounty or Brawny Pick-A-Size paper towels, based on price. My preference is Brawny after ordering a case of Bounty paper towels that were too difficult to separate. There are visible perforations on the paper towels, but when you go to tear a half-sheet, you end up ripping off an entire sheet or more. That is wasteful. My purpose of buying Pick-A-Size paper towels is to minimize waste. I have been ordering both brands from Amazon for at least a year now, but the quality of Bounty has diminished over time. Considering paying the difference if you want to save money overall and reduce waste.

Paper towels are good not as large as I thought they would be by the description and they also were $7 cheaper the day after I bought them that really made me mad probably will not buy again

Sorry but these are really thin, scratchy and doesn't pick up anything. You cannot get it to tear off the roll at the perforations correctly, but instead just tears where ever it wants. I am a lifetime user of Bounty (select a size), but if Bounty is changing to the Quick Size Paper Towels...they lost me as a customer. Save your money and purchase the original Select a Size...you don't need the aggravation. If I could give it a minus zero, I would.
