Was having issues with flipping the screen called at 11:45 PM on election night and within 5 minutes had all 4 screens up and running. Excellent customer service and the product does exactly what it says it does. Make sure you use the presets to quickly toggle through your favorite settings. I have multiple presets for full screen, 2 x 1 and 1 x 2. I have only had it a couple of days, but so far it is an awesome product and worth every dollar spent on it.

Overall the product support for this company has been fantastic. The product works as described and if you need any assistance they are prompt in their response. The original package came with an instruction manual on a mini-cd, this seems pointless since no one has a cd player, would prefer paper or the link they sent me.
