Not good in the rain

These did not last one rainstorm outdoors. I carefully cleaned the stairs with a household cleaner followed by rubbing alcohol. After one rain storm they were sliding all over the place. I am going to have to pull them up and throw them out. What a waste. See the picture (I initially placed them ~2in from the edge)

I have an 80 pound 16 yer old sheepdog that is blind.These strips help him go up and down the stairs in my house and on my deck without slipping. We have trek steps outside and porcelain tile steps inside. They work great on both. I loved them so much I bought a second set. they arrived quickly and are nicer than I imagined : ) We are Totally thrilled with this purchase!
