Two of my window facing to the southeast, every morning the sun stared to come in and keep until in the afternoon. It hurt my wood dinning table and make it miserable for us eating at that table. I was about to put a curtain, but I am worried about curtains will make the room too dark. So I choose this one, it helps solve my issue. It soft the sunshine a lot. And there is another feature I loved about it is it do give us some privacy. Since the window are facing to my neighbors window. With this film, I checked from outside, it is hard to see from there. It is extra bouns for using this film. Also it is easy to attach. Love it!

Like it was noted (and with most reflective privacy film) the side that produces more light will be more viable through the window. Luckily I didn't have to worry about that with most of the sun beaming in! The material is thicker than I expected and with good surface prep work and application, this went on very easily. The material is plasticy feeling so I wasn't expecting crystal clear views. Surprise! You are looking through plastic! If you want crystal clear views you would have to pay much more than these prices! For the value, this is a wonderful purchase and I'm ready for those hot summer days!

I have 2 windows in the open kitchen area that have direct sunlight shine to our eyes at late afternoon. We always try to prevent early dinner for that purpose. Now think back it is just unnecessary. I always want to put a blind of some sort to block the sunlight but my wife want to have that open kitchen feel and don't want to block the view. We have disagreement on this for a while. Now this one way window film is our perfect solution. My wife still has her view and no more direct sunlight to the kitchen. But wait, there is added bonus to this window film. The bread and fruit we always leave on our dinning table seems to be more fresh now. Maybe because it doesn't have to take the beating from the direct sunlight for hours per day. Also, I enjoy the added privacy that you can see from the outside on our dinner time.

Bought this for the kitchen windows for privacy and block sun in the morning? I checked home depot and their price was like 50 dollars a roll so I decided to look for similar product on Amazon. Decided to give this a try due to the price and the reviews/pictures of other previous buyers. I couldn't be more happier with this purchase. The installation was easy. It's like apply a screen protect to your phone where you need to clean then spray your window with wet water then squeeze the water out once you have the film applied.
