Purchased this at the of April 2020 and have been using this for just over a month now and this 3 port switch, 2 port splitter works great!

I'm using this to split my Nintendo Switch connected with a 6FT HDMI cable and a PS4 that is connected with a 50FT HDMI cable to two screens. *I've briefly tested my PS3 by loading up the game Flow and it does seem to have the ability to strip HDCP too.

LED lights are very bright and I found two layers of blue painter's tape helped make them much more comfortable to look at.

One thing to note this switch/splitter does run a bit toasty even when it's not doing anything it will draw a little over 1 watt of power and there is not many openings besides four little slots on the underside of the case to let it breathe. Similar to another reviewer who shared a picture of the mounting position of their switch/splitter I also have mine mounted on the underside of my desk with small strips of 3M double sided tape. And with that bit of heat generated I can feel the temperature difference on the surface of the desk where the switch/splitter is mounted right under.

A USB power supply must be reliably produce just over 5V for the switch/splitter to work correctly. I was hoping to hook it up to one of my monitors USB output as a power supply so it can turn off when the monitor turns off but the monitor outputs a voltage just under 5V that the switch/splitter starts to act funny. I tested the included USB power supply and it does produce the needed voltage but I have mine hooked up to a multi outlet USB power supply.

If you seem to have an issue where it doesn't want to output a signal or is sporadic try a different USB power supply.

I was looking for a way to provide high quality audio to my TV as well my surround sound system and this was the best solution that I could find. This splitter has 3 hdmi inputs and 2 hdmi outputs. With this splitter I can use multiple hdmi inputs from my cable box, media player, etc. and take the hdmi outputs to both my TV and my surround sound. The splitter comes with a power supply and remote control. It is nice having the remote to pick the input you want instead of the automatic switching that my other splitter does. Overall, it worked exactly as intended and I am happy with it.

For some devices you don't need power coming into the device, but will definitely need to power it when using it with a PS4. It works as intended and also does Anynet+ and HDMI CEC so you can control the selected device using your TV remote or power on your tv along side the selected device.

It does have annoying super bright green LED. I used electrical tape just to cover it.

So far so good. The simultaneous output from one source to two displays is very handy in my case where I have a satellite receiver in one room and want to send the signal to TV in adjoining room without needing another receiver. Can remotely switch inputs between satellite receiver and blueray player....plus a third input. Trouble free longevity remains to be seen but hopeful for long life.

This single unit replaces previous setup that required two A/B switches.

Works Great! I would like to be able to switch ports thru the usb if connected to a pc or remotley from another room.
the remote doesn't work if the unit is upside down on it's back.
otherwise it switches and splits good
