Spent 2 hours inflating ball and then assembling the chair. At the last stage, the base was defective as the screws would not go in. Extremely frustrating as had to call Amazon, disassemble the chair and deflate ball to repackage and plan it's return. Suggest if you are interested in a chair ball, to keep it a simple model. I will purchase a similar chair from a store where I can see what I am getting and not waste hours. Amazon is fantastic but this is not something to purchase on line in my opinion. If you do not mind the time and energy waste with potential defects and returns, then it is fine.
