This is a great little heater but don't think it will do what $250 tankless water heaters will do. There are some videos on YouTube that show how this works (search Fastar water heater) - there is no thermostat - you control the water temperature by adjusting the flame height and water flow. It's very compact, has a great look and can provide plenty of hot water for a shower. If the power goes out and you have city water pressure - then you get a nice warm shower. Can be run off a grill propane tank (hose and regulator)(will need a female 1/2" gas black pipe fitting to male 3/8" flare - Lowes). Would work well for tent camping, RV, camper van, poolside shower. The whole system runs off 2 "D" batteries - no wiring needed. You can't beat the price at less than $90.
