This is a really good product. I ordered two of them. I have many wrist braces and these are longer and more comfortable and I wear them during the day when I'm walking my dog or when I'm online working or when my arms feel tired or when I'm sleeping it really has helped stabilize my wrist. I'm trying to avoid surgery with a history of dental hygiene for 43 years. And never really having a problem but now that I'm retired, I guess I'm doing things with my wrist my gardening, which I shouldn't do different motion, different injuries. My hands were numb and diagnosed with carpal tunnel. I would buy this again. These are adjustable and longer than most braces, which is helpful when you're trying to sleep hands are going numb stability is important for circulation.

I tried 3 other braces and this one is the best by far; firm and comfortable, it keeps me from overextending that hand, because I'll forget and...ouch!
Even if the little cold pack is small, just having it in place for 20 minutes or so helped a lot. I then removed the ice pack and wore the brace while sleeping. Carpal tunnel pain have abated and almost eliminated, but I have been forgetful and not used the brace every night as I should. I have been forgetful BECAUSE this brace works well!! Just remember to use caution with the wrist during the day and NOT DO the things that aggravate the inflammation because it can come back. And try to become more familiar with the location of the keys and STOP using those legs that tilt up your keyboard. This is exactly the wrong position to hold your wrists while typing.
