I tried 3 other braces and this one is the best by far; firm and comfortable, it keeps me from overextending that hand, because I'll forget and...ouch!
Even if the little cold pack is small, just having it in place for 20 minutes or so helped a lot. I then removed the ice pack and wore the brace while sleeping. Carpal tunnel pain have abated and almost eliminated, but I have been forgetful and not used the brace every night as I should. I have been forgetful BECAUSE this brace works well!! Just remember to use caution with the wrist during the day and NOT DO the things that aggravate the inflammation because it can come back. And try to become more familiar with the location of the keys and STOP using those legs that tilt up your keyboard. This is exactly the wrong position to hold your wrists while typing.

I suffer from carpal tunnel from years of working in department stores, carrying very heavy racks of clothes. You know, a whole bunch of them with one hand, you know when you're grabbing all of the clothes off of one thing and carrying them and just years and years of that the prices really well on these are made excellent. You can also fit a cool pack or something warm in it and it's wonderful and it's made well and you can wash it and then of course don't put it in the dryer or you can wash it by hand and hang it up, but I'm going to buy another one for my left hand because I have a lot of issues with my Rheumatoid arthritis so this is a great price and it's an excellent product and it's made well. I recommend this product.
