Ok but didn't work so great for my dog
Jeff Jenkins✓ Verified Purchase•July 18, 2017
I bought these in medium and large for my 22 pound jack russell because I didn't know what size would be best. She is a long legged jack russell and medium build. Her waist is 18" around where the diapers close. Medium is the best size for her.
I bought these for my dog to primarily wear at night as she only has incontinence when she's sleeping.
I got the large first and I have to say the leg holes are far too big and gappy. Pee leaked out the leg holes and I woke up sleeping in pee! Not good! When I hooked the Velcro it looped all the way around leaving the ends loose and the leg holes too gapped. I ended up having to put a stitch in the leg holes to keep these from gapping.
I then ordered a medium. At first I thought they were going to be too small. But I did manage to hook the Velcro just enough on both sides to fit. The leg holes were far less gappy than the large size. They do still gap a little though. I didn't have an issue of pee leaking out.
However, both pairs easily slid right off her butt! They were constantly sagging and her cropped tail kept getting out of the tail hole and the tail hole ended up where it could potentially leak pee. Though I bought these for night time wear I found myself waking up all hours of the night to make sure they weren't falling down! A real pain and many lost nights sleep! Grrrr! My girl has short, slick fur and no real waist so I'm sure that played a part. I also didn't want to attach them too tight as another pair I got at a local pet store rubbed a raw spot on her tummy.
So, here was my solution and it worked perfectly! Far better than these diapers if you have a dog like mine, with short, slick fur and no waist. A baby onesie. I ended up getting her a pack of 24 month onesies from Target. The brand is Just One You. I mention that because I also purchased the Carter brand in 18 month at Walmart and they were far too short!!! I then compared the Carter brand and Just One You brand and the same size in Carter was 2-3" shorter. So, if you have a dog my girls size, get the Just One You 4-pack at Target for $8.99.
I also got Depends for women. I gotthe ones that hold level 5 flow. I cut one in half and I stuck it where the urine would come out inside the onesie. This worked perfectly and was the perfect size to hold what would have been a pretty big size puddle. I cut it in half because it fit better and was enough to hold the amount of urine from one round of peeing. These pads wick up all the moisture so you aren't left with having to bathe your dogs rear end every morning. As a matter of fact, even if these diapers did work for my girl and didn't slide off her rear, I would advise getting a Depends pad for women and cutting it in half and outing inside the diaper. I think it would be better because the absorbent layer inside these diapers isn't nearly as absorbent as these pads.
I would advise anyone with a dog the size of mine or smaller to the onesie route of your dog has no waist. If you dog does have a waist, I would advise trying these diapers with a depends pad In them. As for the tail hole, just cut one with scissors. I didn't bother because my girl doesn't tend to have her tail up at night anyway. And that's the only time I use them.
There's a pick of my girl wearing a 24 month old baby onesie.
I gave these a three star because I'm sure they would work for some dogs just fine, particularly with a depends pad inside. But for my girl, the onesie with a half a depends was is perfect!

Perfect for my Yorkie who won't potty train
Hdopp✓ Verified Purchase•June 22, 2017
These are perfect for my stubborn 6 lb Yorkie who insists on going potty inside. She has destroyed so much carpet in our home but thanks to wood flooring and these cloth diapers, our house doesn't smell like urine anymore! They are super absorbent and wash well. We wash them frequently and I'm impressed with how well they have held up. So glad we purchased these. Will be purchasing more when the first set wear out!
Does what it's supposed to, Great for #1's, not built for #2's

I can't write a long review because it makes me want to cry, but I bought these for my baby girl that I recently had to put down. They helped her spend an extra month with me due to her excessive accidents in the house. They are not meant to hold poop as people keep saying, she pooped right through these, but her main issue was leaking urine, and this stopped that issue. I definitely recommend as others do to get pads ( I got the stayfree maxi's) to stick in the diaper. That way I could use one for a few days just switching out the pads every time I let her outside.. Otherwise you would be constantly washing them.
It was her time to go, I used these while dealing with the vet to see what was going on, but liver failure was too much for her 16 year old body to take.
I miss you everyday lilli girl!

Let me weave you a tale. Picture it: Washington DC, 2016. A young couple has just moved many miles from home and is looking forward to their first visit from family. Everything is going fine until - bam. A certain pug won't stop peeing on the couch. and the floor. and the carpet. Having never had these issues before, the worried couple rushes their dog to the vet. The diagnosis? Bladder stone. Sure, the meds and food will help but what of the constant peeing, dear reader? Yes, what of that?
The young couple invests in a pack of disposable dog diapers. A worthy stopgap measure, maybe, but in order to keep them on this seriously ridiculous dog, a Macgyvered system has to be set up to attach the diaper to her harness. Good for an hour, maybe, but no more. Company is coming the next day, and they're at their wit's end. Enter: Wegreeco Premium Dog Diapers. In delightful colours that please even the most discerning of the pug's Instagram followers, this things literally saved the young couple's sanity. Why are they so great? Let's enumerate:
1) Absorbent. All guests watched as the dog literally squatted down near the dinner table, looked us in the eye and went to town on that diaper. And then we all had a hearty laugh because her attempt to sully the floor proved useless. Only once in the 2 weeks she wore them was there any kind of leakage.
2) Easy to put on: No fiddling with adhesives or overly complicated straps - just stick the tail through the hole, pull the straps up on either side and voila - bediapered dog.
3) stylish: seriously, the dog looks so good, I might even stick her in them for shiggles - the "vibrant" pack was very fashionable.
4) fast-drying: you'll be washing these babies a lot, nuff said.
CAUTION: That being said, we discontinued these for one very good, sad reason. After a week of wearing them pretty much 16-24 hours a day, we noticed our girl was licking the insides of her thighs. We just thought this was her newest weirdo habit, but pretty soon discovered that the diaper had worn two raw patches on the inside of her legs where leg meets body. We discontinued use, but luckily at that point she'd stopped peeing indiscriminately in the house so our sanity remained intact. So I'd recommend these for an occasional use only, or make sure that you give them a break every now and again. We felt awful that we'd caused her any pain, but she didn't seem to care in the slightest.
But we stick by the fact that this product literally prevented a full on meltdown of two very nice, very normal people who just happen to put diapers on dogs.

Very cute and comfortable, ordering larger size now

High quality product. I use these on my disabled kitten. I have to buy larger than I should so that it will fit over his belly and stay on since he drags his lower body. Very cute and comfortable, ordering larger size now...love these!
