I just received this today. I tried it on. It's very small. I ordered according to the chart at Large. I'll have to return it for an XL. Yes like others have said definitely order up a size. That's the only complaint I have. It provides good support

I broke my T5 & T6 bones. The emergency room Dr, wrote me a script for one of these sryle braces. I decided to buy it on Amazon, however it didn't fit me. The brace came up to where my bones are fractured and pushed against them. I had to return it because it didn't work out for me.
It looked very nicely made, and the stitching was good. The adjustment straps were easy to use, but they didn't work for me. I don't think this brace is made for a broken back.

I have adult scoliosis and AS so back is crooked as well as bent forward plus a drop foot. So walking and trying to stand straight is exstemly painful. I've been given back braces over the last 30 yrs witch never helped. But this brace actually lets me walk further or even do light housework with dropping in pure pain and exhaustion. It helps hold my shoulder back and straighten my back. I can look forward instead oh look down all the time. The only complain would be that it doesn't come in tall medium and short. My husband had to cut the medal bars down a lot so it had a hump in the back that stuck up . But still a excellent brace.
