I've purchased no less than five of these units and multiple extra cameras to go with them over the past year or two to monitor various business locations and as such, I guess it's about time I sat down and gave credit where credit is due. I bought our first ONWOTE security system back when they were about $500 (they've dropped significantly in price now) and we've had nothing but exceptional performance out of it straight off. As we needed more coverage, we added extra cameras--both audio-capable and standard--enjoying the ease and reliability of the POE (Power Over Ethernet) feature as we sometimes had to run Ethernet cable as far as 300' or more in multiple directions.

Five systems and 40 cameras later, I just can't believe how good these security-camera systems are. When we run into a few snags here and there, I contacted ONWOTE's tech support folks thru email and was pleasantly surprised that they not only answered within a matter of hours, but that they were exceptionally helpful and efficient as well. In one case, they even sent me out a couple of new cameras to test--free of charge. Amazing service!

So if you're on the fence and wondering if these systems are solid, I can attest that they are. We used to go for the super cheap systems--of which there are many (not all of them crummy, but none of them up to ONWOTE's quality) but once we started using ONWOTE we just never went back to anything else, nor do I think we ever will. The quality of imaging, the ease of installation, the reliability of their systems and the exceptional customer service--when we've needed it--are just top-notch. Highly, highly recommended!

I've been using these cameras for a week or so. I purchased this system to replace some Arlo cameras. The NVR was simple to install and the cameras are plug-and-play. My set came with 4 cameras, and the NVR supports 8. I anticipate purchasing more cameras. The cameras are heavy duty metal and seem to be well made.

The night vision is awesome!!! The fist picture is my basement with the lights on. The second picture is with the light off, totally pitch black (you can't see with your eyes) with no light coming in at all.

The only thing I don't like is it doesn't come with a phone app to view when your not home. You can download "Super Live Plus" to install on your phone, but if your not on the same Wifi (network) as the NVR, it's a bit complicated to setup if your not an IT person.

Overall, I love the product.

Onwote responds quickly by email and resolves issues just as quickly. Although my first NVR died after about a week and the USB ports on the replacement one they sent stopped working after about 2 months, Onwote replaced the 2nd one with one that works perfectly. I don't think I have had this good of a customer service experience with any other company.

The camera quality is excellent, and although there are a lot of settings you can mess with on the NVR it was pretty easy to set up.

Note that the attached pictures are screenshots from the the phone app this system uses, SuperLive Plus, and the actual picture quality on a computer monitor (or on my 60" flatscreen tv I have my system hooked up to) is even better. In the 3rd picture with night vision, if you look close you can see 3 deer. My neighborhood is almost pitch black with no street lights, and the deer are about 100' away from the cameras. The 4 "lights" on each side of the end of my driveway are actually just reflectors. The night vision is that good that they look like lights.

This is the 4th brand I've worked with in this price range and these are not bad at all. I wish the instructions were more clear, I learned some key items during the install from forums instead of the product information. Tech support is very good, but you have to wait for email traffic or live support chat when they are available. The remote interface is what I was most interested in and it works great so far. I have using them for just over 2 months and they have been performing great and the playback has been really good.

This product has its ups and downs from the time i got it but was resolved by the staff pretty quick. It does require a little know how to properly set it up but with a little reading, trial and error you can get it working just the way you want it to. I like that fact that no matter what camera system i hooked up to it, the NVR picked it right up. Lots of options, great features & probably the best camera system in its price range in 2k quality. Friendly customer service, always willing to assist until resolved which is great. Biggest issue i had was the cameras were dropping non stop at random, turns out a simple firmware upgrade did the trick. Now it's stable and reliable around the clock. I personally pulled the 2TB HD and put in a 4TB for longer storage time and quality of video recorded. it's no high end lorex with daytime night vision and 4k resolution but until you have 1500-3000 to spend on one of those, this is the next best thing. Highly recommended
