So far, I'm at a 3-4 star rating for a couple reasons. There is not much wrong at all with the mechanics of this device. It installed well, clean and seems fully functional. The issues I have are with getting fingerprints to scan in - it's difficult to get them to read well. As I've scanned myself in more and more, it gets better though - probably me learning how to use the right pressure/placement. The second issue is usability. The Youtube video is helpful to learn how to input new users, but that's it. Anyone who spends a bit of time can just input themselves as a new user and walk in. Needs to be more comprehensive. Needs a full video tutorial. Get me there and we're 5-stars, especially if you detail out how to put a battery backup in-line for when the power goes out.
