Love the pip feature. Only 2 complaints is one of the ports keeps losing the connection (May be a bad hdmi, but never had that issue before the splitter) and the remote is line of site. Would like to know where to get a spare. It's really small and I know my kids will eventually misplace it.
Edit* using a universal learning remote I was able to "teach" the ir function of the splitters remote. Now I've put up the original remote and use the universal so I don't loose it!

I was hoping to be able to select fewer than all 4. If only 3 inputs, one is black. But quality is good. Also remote does not work. Replaced battery and still cannot change selections
