Well the bassinet itself is nice. It was very easy to put together. It rolls and rocks nicely.
Unfortunately, the company says that it comes with a "good quality mattress that will support a baby's weight up to 20 lbs". It's hard to believe that the one inch foam mattress will support the baby. We haven't used it yet but I will update this review when we do.
I'm still hoping it works because I would hate to know that I wasted 200$ on something that we can't use.

Our newborn sleeps in this bassinet next to our bed. We like that it is stylish and lightweight. It was very easy to put together and comes with a travel bag that we will later use for storing it away. I like that it gently rocks while the baby moves and has mesh windows on the sides to let in air. Our newborn sleeps well in it. Purchased American Baby Company bassinet sheets that fit the foam mattress perfectly.

Our baby girl loved this bassinet. We had a SnuggleMe organic pillow that fit perfectly in here. I'm sure a DockATot would fit in here too. We used it for about 4 months until she outgrew it. We even brought it with us when we traveled and was fairly easy to take set up and take down.

The bassinet itself is ok, but the mattress is terrible. After only one week of use, it's indented from where our little one sleeps and no longer covers the entire bottom of the bassinet. Very unsafe. Will be purchasing new separate mattress.

This is a beautiful bassinet. I'm really impressed by the construction, design, and the quilted stitching. With my first baby, the Rock N Play was essential to sleep because the rocking motion would keep him from waking in the night, but I don't want our second baby to sleep full time in it because of the contoured sides. The Frog bassinet is flat inside so the transition to a crib will be much easier, and it's much bigger so she will be able to use it longer. I like how light this is, and yet not flimsy at all! The rocking motion is subtle and easy. We have carpet in our bedroom, and I'm not sure how loud the rockers would be on a hardwood floor. The height of the bassinet top is also completely flush with our bed at about 30 inches. It's absolutely perfect because I can just reach a few fingertips over to rock it in the night and I don't have to reach down. That was another thing I really didn't like about the rock and play sleeper. I bought the sand color because the gray was way more expensive, and I worried that it would look cheap because we also bought the arms reach co sleeper and it was the ugliest thing I've ever seen. We are returning the arms reach co sleeper because once we put the risers on it to make it the height of the bed, it became extremely rickety and creaky. And also, for some reason it is basically the same color as the frog bassinet and yet looks completely tacky and plasticky. I bought American Baby fitted changing pad covers for the frog bassinet at another reviewers suggestion. I love that brand!! This bassinet is perfect.

Edit: our baby girl was born at the end of January, and this bassinet has been AWESOME. She actually sleeps in it for hours at a time! I can drag it around the upstairs from room to room very easily. It fits in our very small bathroom if I want to do hair and makeup but still watch her, and then also rock her with a free hand or even my foot if she's fussy. I'm also in love with how it looks. It's such a cute and modern bassinet. I'm so happy that we returned the ugly and cheap arms reach co sleeper. The frog bassinet is the best!

Edit: after washing the sheet that famemwoth the bassinet, it shrunk so much that it is impossible to get back on the mattress. Also, the mattress is just thin foam! It hasn't affected her sleep, but it feels cheap and I wish I could find a better replacement. I'm now using summer infant changing pad covers as sheets. It's not a perfect fit, but it works. My baby is now 2.5 months old and sleeps 9 hours in this bassinet. I will be so sad when we have to transition to a crib and get rid of the bassinet! It has been the best baby purchase we've made.
