It's okay... It does NOT 100% block out the sun. At night, it's fantastic, but any curtain can block at night. It allows sun to shine through during the day. I bought this to make it completely dark...

It does what it is supposed to but it didn't dawn on me that the look just would be very pleasing. If you need complete black out then this is the ticket but you won't be removing them. I think roll up blinds would have been a better choice in my situation but this was much less costly.

Blacks out everything it covers. Was a little hard to get it to fully cover my windows as a little leak around the edges, but that was probably more of user error on installation. But even with full sun on windows, this completely blocks it out!
Only gripe is it is a little difficult to cut with razor since it has some stretch to it but isn't a big enough deal to take off a star as that is just the deal with the material.

Read the instructions, people! There is a protective film which you need to peel off before exposing the static side of the actual window film, which clings to the glass as easy as 1-2-3. My photos below should be self explanatory. As far as I can tell, this window film is everything the manufacturer claims.

I like this window film very much. I have two huge windows in my dining room and I don't use the curtain because I want some sunlight during the day time. But without the curtain, I can see people on the street passing my house. It is like everyone knows what I am doing in my house.I always feel not comfortable.
