El producto es excelente, buena calidad y fácil uso. Pero en mi país no me permite el uso ya que me solicitan registros electrónicos de mis ventas a un portal de impuestos y además las ventas con tarjetas visa, Mastercard, etc no está activo en mi pais según "Square Register"...gracias

This register is a great system for speeding up the checkout process for our customers. The touch display allowed you to configure the screen any way you would like to give you the flexibility to have the most frequently purchased products easily accessible on the home screen.

The biggest part of the system that we love the most is the customer facing screen that shows the customer each item as it is being rung up, as well as the total for the purchase. It is integrated with all forms of payment, right in the same device. Very slick!

We initially had a bit of trouble hooking it up to the WiFi in a hotel for an event at which we were selling goods. The register doesn't have a built in web browser, so there is no way to authenticate to any network that requires you to visit a login screen before going online (to enter a guest password or accept terms and conditions). We needed to get the hotel network people to add the register as an approved device on the network before it would work. Took us about an hour to figure that out.

On networks that wouldn't require that extra authentication (which is normally the case at our office), the system works as you'd expect.

We converted to Square from Costco's processing, so this is our first piece of hardware from them, but I'm a techie, and I'm truly impressed. First of all, the packaging/unboxing experience actually puts Apple to shame. The device and interface were essentially plug-and-play. We paired it with a drawer and printer and trained our staff in 15 minutes. Super intuitive. Love it.

Only problem is it has frozen on us a couple times and there isn't a hard reset. Only way to unfreeze it is to unplug it from the wall. That's awkward when you are ringing up a customer and they are unsure if the payment was processed or not. The operating system isn't quite as good as what they offer for iPads and iPhones where you can easily just close the app and reopen it.

Our store has found that the register makes checkout transactions quicker & easier..after item is charged..then the customer chooses receipt preference instead of another step for you..the double screen is helpful for them to see the charges as well!! Works very well & efficiently..
