I wasn't expecting this to be literally "hull-less" as all popcorn has hulls (the outside of the seed). There are hulls in this popped popcorn but they are much softer, very tender and easy to chew up. I had to stop eating popcorn - my favorite snack - due to colon issues and I am thrilled that this popcorn doesn't bother me at all (I chew it thoroughly). I use 3 tablespoons of coconut oil to 1/3 cup of corn - follow the directions on the bag and it turns out wonderful. Only a couple unpopped kernels too. Love.
