Using this meat slicer is like slicing through butter, except it's not butter, it's meat. And that's even better! It allows me to slice meat at the perfect thickness for sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and other dishes. It has slicing thickness range from 0.2 inches to 0.6 inches. We bought this specifically for cutting meat. We purchase turkey and chicken breasts (whole) and slice them to save money. This slicer has done wonderful. The blade is sharp and cuts great slices and the thickness can be changed easily.
It is fairly easy to wash but still has minor challenges. Not enough to change our decision..

This slicer works. It's fine for the money. It's certainly not nice. I'm not a fan of cheap tools and this one is, but I also just got a cheap one to see if I'd really use it. Decided to use this one until it breaks then get a new one if I actually use it that much. You set the slice size then push the meat on the blade and the meat comes out way thicker on 1 end. If you don't push it, the meat won't cut. The slicer guard thing is a joke. The instructions are insistent that you need that guard, I find it to be more dangerous. I feel unstable with the little guard in place. If you can't figure out how to keep your fingers off the blade, you probably shouldn't use this thing. It's not bad to clean, it's not huge to store. It's just, fine.
