Rollerator/transport chair arrived as expected. I had a bit of difficulty with not being able to adjust the height of the handgrips. Kelly from Customer Service was very attentive to my request for assistance and I was able to resolve this issue with complete satisfaction. I look forward to using to to navigate when I need to walk longer distances and want to be able to sit down when I get tired. I do have a issue with the rollerator being too wide to fit through my bathroom door. Please check the dimensions of your doors to make sure that you can get this unit inside if you need to use it when you are at home.

Overall seems like good purchase but did have a few issues...while assembling one of the wheels refused to go in the hole. I looked inside and saw some welding slag that wasn't ground down enough at edge of hole. I had to dig up some tools, files and such and eventually got wheel to go on. And if you want to get over anything bigger than 1/2" with someone sitting you would be better off trying the all- terrain one. Otherwise I was happy

Itwas great fo r walking all over ship. Only problem we kept losing a screw connecting foot rests. Fell out till finally lost one. Husband had to create pieces but we did really enjoy.
