This works really well. I've had no leakage. But, please be careful when pulling this on over your cast. If your cast is like mine, it's bumpy and abrasive. I cut up my knuckle pretty badly when I pulled it on the first time. Be especially careful around your heel where it has to stretch the most. Protect your knuckles and fingers!

It is a little hard to get over the cast at first but it definitely formed a good watertight seal around my leg and kept my cast dry. It is a good thick plastic and can be used multiple times. It is much better than trying to put on trash bags and tape them to my leg which is never watertight.

I bought this for my brother . He has a leg ulcer that the doctor wraps with a compression wrap and cannot get wet. This product is like night and day compared to that other cast cover. This keeps his leg completely dry. His only minor complaint is that he wishes the collar was adjustable. He has a few extra pounds on him and the collar can get very tight. But he only wears it for a quick shower. Works very well. Good quality plastic.

It's a good, strong product. Looks like it'll be long-lasting. I'm a small person and the rubber at the top has such a small and strong opening that we could hardly get it on. And the process was painful. For the second shower, we cut little slits around the opening to widen it. Perpendicular to the edge of the opening. That worked well and the splint stayed dry. It doesn't look like it'll split more on its own. But who knows. 🤷ðŸ¼"â'€ï¸

What a great invention. I got tired of the saran wrap and garbage bag method. So I tried this bad boy for the first time with my splint but it wouldn't fit over it, so, I stashed it in the drawer for about a month. Then i got a cast and bingo it fit though relatively easy. The only gripe I have is that the plastic/rubber water resistant opening that fits around your thigh is tight as a mother and it felt as if my blood circulation stopped and I'm a skinny dude. If you have thick thighs, it might not fit over your thigh. I don't have the exact circumference measurements but I think it's in the specifications. Check first before buying. Oh BTW, it worked like a charm and it kept my cast dry and my body is now squeaky clean and I now feel safe showering and knowing my cast won't get wet but also confident with the help of the grab bars that I installed month's earlier!!
