I was more than a little concerned when I was told no showers for 10 days after foot surgery. I was told that the foot had to remain completely dry. I searched on Amazon and found this product. I wear a size 14 shoe and had a big bulky bandage on my foot. I was very pleased to find it was big enough to fit over it all. This is simple to put on and take off. Hang it up to let it dry for the next time.

This product is amazing! I had surgery on the heel of my left foot and had to be non-weight bearing for several weeks. The first week I just had a splint, the second through fifth weeks I had a cast from my toes to just below the knee. So, for 5 weeks, I had to take a shower with a splint then a cast. This product was phenomenal! I did buy the bigger size just to make sure I could get my cast through the rubber seal. Once I pulled it up and then slightly down per instructions, it completely sealed off. No water was able to get in. My cast stayed dry the whole 4 weeks I had it on. If you have a cast and are worried about showering"¦.DON'T. This product works.

Gone are the days of taping up black plastic trash bags over my husbands leg when he had a cart!! My husband is 6'6 and had to have cast placed for his right ankle/foot multiple times in the last 3-4 years. I used to tape plastic bags over the cast so hr can shower comfortably. The water always seeped through edge of the tape. When I saw this cover, I immediately purchased it. At first we still had issues getting some moisture into the cover. After trial and error, we found it helpful to pull the rubber out after uou insert the leg- so the rim of the rubber is the highest part against your legs so the water will drip down along the curved rubber. It seems to work much better after we did that
