I bought this when I had a knee replacement. I was going on a cruise and my doctor recommended me not to get into the water. I was quite disappointed until I found this. I put it on and it kept the water out completely. It was secure, didn't slide down and surprisingly comfortable. It's made out of the same material divers use if not mistaken so as it says it's waterproof. This surpassed my expectations.

I had my second partial knee replacement at the end of June. Unfortunately that surgical bandage has to stay on for 2 weeks and can't get wet. I was not looking forward to wrapping my knee with Saran Wrap again and feeling a soggy bandage. One of my nurses at the hospital told me to get a cast cover from Amazon, since he had recently broken his leg & foot and bought a cast cover so he could shower. The neoprene sleeves kept that water out, are comfy, and made showering a breeze. It arrived quickly so I had it by the time I was ready for my first shower. So glad I purchased!

This was a game changer for my aunt's after her knee replacement surgery. This product allowed her to take a shower almost immediately after surgery which was practically forbidden due to the fact that her bandages were not supposed to get wet for several days after surgery which meant she could only take sponge baths. This sleeve allowed her to take showers without and worry of getting the post operative bandaging wet. This allowing her to feel better when feeling better is going to help her in the healing process. Thank you for making such a great product.
