Place them on the inside top and front left of the pc case cause they are quit bright using them on Flash, Strobe, Fade, and Smooth. Also one issue is. It reacts to My Sanyo LCD TV remote and the lights change from what I had set them to.

Make sure the IR sensor is visible otherwise you wont be able to change the color with the remote! I made that mistake, but its no big deal because I wanted it on blue anyway! Overall, very nice thing to have if you dont have RGB fans. Its a good cheap alternative that still really brightens up your case!
