Packaged in with the rest of my items, in great condition. I haven't tried this specific brand yet, but i'm excited to try this since i love nuts and wanted a healthier option to put on chicken tenders to bake them or air fry them!! Kind of pricey at $10 per package, and having to buy a minimum of 2, but it's worth it to give it a try!

I'm currently on the AIP diet and I was really happy to find this Tigernut flour to use in baking recipes. It's flavor is good and mildly seeet just like I had read about...the texture is closer to almond or coconut flour and works great blended with other flours.
