it falls apart quicker than you wish it did, and the customer service is TERRIBLE

I have bought two of these, and it's an economical play. I use them for my short term rentals, and the one time expense is significantly less than a real hot tub.

It's a great product out of the box. It starts to fall apart at about 1 year, and by 1-2 years it's shot. so be prepared to buy another. which I am good with at this price point

biggest problem I have with this product...it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact customer service. website looks nice but it's a self-help guide and there is NO WAY TO CALL THEM. or NO WAY TO SEND THEM AN EMAIL. and the CHAT FEATURE IS JUST A BOT, AND A DUMB ONE!

sorry for the caps but just know what you're getting here. it's a good value but if things go wrong...my advice is just plan to buy another one and keep the pieces that function for parts!
Worth the money and with a little “add on” up-levels this hot tub

I'm not one to leave reviews typically but we bought our Helsinki Saluspa right before Thanksgiving and I must say..we got more than we expected and it's been totally worth the money! We live in NH so get pretty bitter cold winters! If you are willing to invest a little time and money you can overwinter this thing and enjoy it Year round! My husband bought a portable - propane camp water heater. As other reviews have stated - this struggles to stay hot. We just hook that up with the two hoses - one takes in the tub water while the other cycles hot water back in and it heats up super fast! Total investment was probably $150 and we used this right through the winter with 104 temp water even in the bitter cold. It takes the pressure off your electric Bill too as the heating unit the tub comes with is pretty basic. My husband also built a insulated surround for the pump - this could be done with pretty basic skills..he just used insulation material and put foam board around it) it overwintered like a champ! I honestly didn't expect this hot tub to last but we have enjoyed it pretty much every day and it's still working great! For the cost of renting an Airbnb with a hot tub for the weekend - we decided to do this instead and have no regrets! My only complaints would be that you have to change the filter a LOT. It will give you an E302 error message and stop working if you don't keep it going with a clean filter. I guess that means the filter is working but just an FYI on that. Otherwise we are happy. The bubbles are also stronger than we expected which is great! Another bonus of that propane heater is that when you use the jets..it doesn't cool down as quick. The extra time and money is worth every penny!
Update: still happy that we bought this spa as our "gateway" hot tub - but she started to leak after a year and had a hard time maintaining the temp. We decided - "hey..we are hot tub people now" and found a nice plug and play on Facebook marketplace for $1600 and absolutely love it, also saving a lot on electricity since this one is well insulated. We get super harsh winters in NH (we just had 3 feet fall!) so happy with our upgrade. If you go into the purchase of this one thinking it's going to be a "fun while it lasts" purchase go for it. If you are looking for something with longevity - you might want to consider a different avenue.
Impressive

We love this spa - air jets work way better than I expected and it's easy to set up and maintain. Such an accessible way to get the hot tub experience with out the hassle or commitment of a traditional spa. Works great as a heated kiddie pool for the kids or a full on hot tub for adults. Fits 2 adults comfortably. Could sit 3-4 but definitely not 6-7 people.
Not bad.

This was my 2nd inflatable Bestways spa. I previously had the Miami and was happy with it for the 2-3 years that the "egg" pump controls lasted. This one fared a bit better reliability-wise for the pump at least - no error codes the entire time. The Helsinki has roughly the same outer dimensions of the Miami but is MUCH roomier inside due to the sidewall construction. It also seemed to hold the heat better probably due to the larger thermal mass and not toggling the heater off when the blower is running. This Helsinki model lasted 3 years of continuous use before the glue holding all the air seams together universally failed rendering the tub useless (see pictures from other reviewer's comments). Anyway, I'd say it's decent tub for around the ~$400 price point being that it survived 3 winters on an unheated sunporch in PA. As an energy saving tip - I set mine up on top of 3/4" thick insulated foam board and didn't notice too bad of a hit to the heating bill since I wasn't losing heat into the ground (and it feels nicer on the feet as well). Overall, just don't expect to enjoy it for more than 2-3 years and don't expect any sort of real customer support or parts availability. YouTube is your best friend when it comes to troubleshooting issues and sourcing repair components with all of these inflatable spas... But for 1/10th of the cost of the absolute cheapest "real" spa I've enjoyed many soaks and entertained guests for the past half decade in with these inflatables. I'll likely buy again.
