My wife and I were toying with the idea of getting a hot tub but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars to find out we hardly used it so we went gave this hot tub a try. We read reviews that indicated the lifetime of the heating element is approximately 18 mo. In 1 week we will have had ours 2 yrs. However, we did turn it completely off for August, September, January and February because it was too hot or too cold to use it. But, there are a several YouTube videos on changing the heating element that makes it seem super easy and the element is inexpensive.

Heating Capabilities: We had it on an open concrete patio the first year and the heater could not keep it at 100 deg. once the temperature got below 45 deg. We moved it under a covered patio in the fall of 2022 and it made a HUGE difference on how well the heater performed. Now it will keep it at 100+ deg. as long as the outside temp is 40 deg. or above.

The negatives are the jets are simply a vinyl tubing with holes around the bottom. We rarely ran the jet part of it because it is really strong bubbling without really giving a massaging affect (also kinda loud). And, the tubing for the jets ripped with very minimal usage, which we really didn't care.

The bottom line: Hot tubs/Spas are pretty expensive. If you want to try it too see if you would really use it and make spending thousands on a spa worthwhile then absolutely buy this. We have used it extensively, but still don't want to spend thousands so this is perfect for us.

I really like the spa so far. My only addition would be that it really should include some form of seating for the amount of people that it says can fit in the spa. I know you can buy things, but it would be nice if it was included.

I would have liked to give the hot tub greater than 4 but couldn't give it 5 stars. I seems well-made and sturdy and that was surprising. The cover fits very well and seems to insulate well. The directions were not great so I went online and found a youtube that was quite east to follow. Some negatives: filtering doesn't seem that good; there was not a "pressure" tool included but was used in the video. I have no was\y of telling if the pressure is right; and if the power blinks off, the filter/heater does not keep the pool at the set temp, not a big problem but if you don't notice the power blink you'll find the temp quite low. Other than that, I'd recommend it and would like to have given 5 stars.

I really loved this hot tub we had it for three years in that time though we replaced the ceramic rod in the impeller four times and then finally this year the heating element went out😞 when it worked it worked well until one day it didn't very disappointing, but for the money we got three years out of it

The media could not be loaded. It took a few hours by myself. You tube videos helped so much!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTTUB-POOL. You can always not turn heat up and great for summer. I had it to 104 degrees in about a day and a half. Took awhile but the jets are comfortable and heavy! I am 6 ft 3.5 and fit comfortably! Great purchase under$1000!
Tip. Order some additional LED portable water proof lights to add effects! I use the cover without the hard additional cover for summer...adds an art deco effect! Quality products!
